For account, scan, collection, subscription, or privacy help, email josh@sqwosh.co.uk. Include the email address on your PokeChex account and a short description of the issue.

Subscriptions

iOS subscriptions are managed by Apple. In the app, open Profile, then Manage Subscription or Upgrade, and use Restore Purchases or Manage to open Apple subscriptions. Cancellation, refund requests, and billing changes are handled by Apple.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app from Profile. Account deletion removes your profile, chats, collection, and related app data from active systems, subject to records we must keep for legal, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security reasons.

Scan or price issues

PokeChex values are raw estimates and can be affected by card condition, print, set, language, market, and available pricing data. If a scan finds the wrong card or no raw value, try a clearer image and use the match review controls before saving the result.
