By accessing or using PokeChex, including the website, waitlist, mobile app, account features, scans, collection tools, and support channels, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use PokeChex.
PokeChex is operated by Statsmart Consulting Limited, trading as Sqwosh, registered in England and Wales. Questions about these terms can be sent to josh@sqwosh.co.uk.
PokeChex helps Pokemon card collectors and vendors scan cards, review likely matches, estimate raw card values, save cards to a collection, and use AI-assisted analysis. Pricing and card-matching outputs are informational only.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PokeChex. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You can delete your account from the app from Profile.
PokeChex may offer paid auto-renewing subscriptions for digital app features such as Pro and Max access. On iOS, subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
You can manage, cancel, upgrade, or downgrade iOS subscriptions through Apple subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. PokeChex updates your app access after Apple confirms the purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, or other subscription event.
PokeChex uses available catalog and marketplace signals, including eBay context where available. Coverage varies by card, market, condition, and data availability. Raw values are estimates, not guaranteed resale prices. PokeChex does not provide professional grading, financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of sale value.
PokeChex uses AI to help identify cards, summarize market context, and provide analysis. AI outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for checking card identity, condition, pricing, and transaction decisions independently.
You are responsible for photos, messages, collection entries, and other content you submit. You must have the right to upload that content and must not upload unlawful, harmful, private, or infringing material. You grant PokeChex the limited rights needed to process your content and provide the service.

PokeChex branding, software, design, and content are owned by Statsmart Consulting Limited or its licensors. Pokemon and related names, card images, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. PokeChex is not endorsed by or affiliated with The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, or Game Freak.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, limits, pricing, providers, or data sources. We will try to give reasonable notice for material subscription changes where required.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, abuse the service, create security risk, or use PokeChex in a way that harms users, providers, or infrastructure. You may stop using PokeChex at any time.
PokeChex is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted access, perfect card recognition, complete pricing coverage, or error-free AI outputs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Statsmart Consulting Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including losses from trades, purchases, sales, investments, pricing decisions, data issues, or service interruptions.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of PokeChex after changes means you accept the updated terms.
