PokeChex

About PokeChex

The table-side pricing assistant for card people.

PokeChex started with a simple, repeated moment: someone puts a card or a binder page in front of you, and you need a fast, fair read before you buy, sell, or trade.

Why we built it

Pricing Pokemon cards at a show, a shop counter, or a trade night is slow and fragmented. You are flicking between sold listings, price guides, and memory while someone waits for a number.

PokeChex compresses that into one flow. Point your phone at a card or a whole spread, review the likely match, and get raw value context where pricing data exists — all in the same place you ask your follow-up question.

We are building UK-first, focused on the collectors, traders, and vendors who make these decisions every week.

What we stand for

Trust is the whole product.

A pricing tool is only useful if you believe it. These principles shape every scan, report, and estimate PokeChex shows you.

Show the evidence

The matching step stays visible. You can inspect why a card was chosen before you rely on the report — no black box.

Honest about estimates

PokeChex gives raw value context with source and freshness shown. No guaranteed prices, no graded valuations, no overclaiming.

Assist, don't replace

A fast first pass for a human decision. Your judgement on condition and value still matters — the app just makes it quicker.

Where PokeChex is today

PokeChex is in private beta with a working app: Quick Scan, multi-card segmentation, inspectable image matches, Chex Reports, Agent Scan for deeper analysis, and collection tools for how you buy and sell.

We are inviting collectors, traders, shops, and vendors to try it with real cards and tell us where it helps and where it breaks. That feedback shapes what ships next.

Explore the features or read the guides to see how it fits your workflow.
